In the event that Stonetrust is informed that individuals and/or entities which have a direct or indirect interest in the quoted insurance coverage and/or claim are subject to U.S. or foreign financial sanctions laws or appear on any domestic or foreign list of persons maintained in accordance with the aforementioned laws and regulations, Stonetrust reserves the right to withdraw any coverage and/or refuse to pay any claim for benefits.
